HOW DOES SHG HOTEL MANAGEMENT WORK?

What it includes

  • Priority to hire SHG Students, therefore helping the hotel to save on labor cost
  • Mystery shopper each month, report and training
  • Unlimited Staff Training

What it does not include

  • Hotel Staff salaries are paid by the hotel
  • Building reparation are paid by the hotel

Duration

  • The duration of the hotel management contract is minimum 10 years.
  • SHG can prepare the hotel opening at least 9 months in advance.
  • SHG can also take over the management for hotels already opened and running. 

Fees

  • Before the hotel opening, SHG charges the hotel's owner a fixed fee starting from 6990 € per month. The exact amount depends of the size of the hotel, the work to do, and the location. 
  • Once the hotel is opened, SHG charges  7%-12% of the total revenue.
